We use Auth0 for secure passwordless login via an SMS OTP (One-Time Password) sent to and from your phone number. This is the only personal data we collect.
Phone Number:
Collected once during the account creation process to create a secure Auth0 client object and your SMSChat.AI account.

Use of Collected Information

Account Creation:
Your phone number is used to create a secure Auth0 client object and an SMSChat.AI account. This information is secured and maintained by Auth0.
Service Access:
Your phone number is used to set up your personal, private SMS gateway directly to OpenAI’s GPT models for the SMSChat.AI service. This is done with your knowledge and permission when you choose a Free Trial or a paid subscription.
Communication:
We will access your phone number only with your explicit permission for communication purposes related to service trials or subscriptions.

Data Security

Storage and Protection:
Your phone number is stored securely in the Auth0 data store. We adhere to rigorous security measures to protect this data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Third-Party Access:
OpenAI does not have access to your phone number at any time. However, OpenAI’s privacy policy and terms and conditions apply when you access their AI services.
SMS Security:

Payment Information
